If your order somehow happens to get damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days from your signed for a solution. Please make sure to send your order no. and photos of the damage.

We do not accept returns due to the unique and fragile nature of our crystals and meticulous packing. If we do make an exception to this, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
